Dr. Matthew Yip has been an exceptional dentist from my very first visit. Even as a new patient, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. His knowledge and attention to detail are truly impressive, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients well being. What stood out the most to me is his compassion and willingness to go above and beyond. He listens carefully, answers questions with patience, and creates a calm, reassuring environment- something that makes a big difference when visiting the dentist. From the moment I met her, she was very caring, compassionate, and humble, which immediately helped put me at ease. She took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Throughout the extraction, she was gentle, attentive, and checked on me often to make sure I was doing okay. her calm and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Im truly grateful for her kindness and the excellent care she provided. I also want to give a shout out to Katie, the dental assistant, was also fantastic. She did the impressions for my teeth and took her time to carefully shape them, making sure everything was just right. You can really tell she has many years of experience, her knowledge and skill truly show in the quality of her work. She was patient, gentle, and very professional, always making sure I was comfortable through out the process. She also has such a kind and reassuring personality, which made the whole experience even better. With her experience and dedication. I truly believe she would make a great dentist as well. I’m very grateful for the care and attention she provided. And also I want to give a special shout-out to the entire staff at Tiffany Springs Dental Group. From the receptionists to the technicians who helped with my screening and x-rays, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming, like I have been their patient for a long time. I had such a wonderful experience with Ali, my dental hygienist! She was incredibly kind, gentle, patient, and attentive throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain how I could better care for my teeth and gums and offered helpful recommendations to improve my oral health. What impressed me most was her compassion and understanding of my situation. With so many medical bills to manage, I was hesitant to add extra treatments because of the additional cost. Ali listened to my concerns and was so understanding and considerate. She went out of her way to offer me a more affordable price, which I truly appreciated. Dr Yip and his team are amazing! I am a new patient that had to update some major dental work and they have taken exceptional care of me. All of the assistants have been kind, professional and excellent at their jobs. The front desk staff is friendly and caring and Dr Yip is thorough and knowledgeable as well as positive with a happy disposition. Highly recommend!
